Toothsome Chocolate Emporium and Savory Feast Kitchen at Universal Orlando’s City Walk is officially open! It is the first restaurant at Universal Orlando that has a backstory with characters walking around and taking pictures with the guests.
Toothsome Exterior
Professor Doctor Penelope Tibeaux-Tinker Toothsome traveled the world to learn new recipes using chocolate. Upon returning home to London, she decided to share her love and knowledge of chocolate with the world. That was when The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen was born. A charming 19th century themed establishment with a facade of towering smokestacks and lots of good food to satisfy your hunger.

The venue has four rooms. When we enter, on the right, there is a wide variety of both freshly made and prepackaged candy as well as the confectionery section with chocolate, macarons and candies with interesting flavors such as absinthe, rum and bourbon. There is also Toothsome merchandise like t-shirts and hats.
Confectionary
On the left, guests can order crafted milkshakes and sundaes. Are you looking for an unforgettable frozen treat? You are sure to hit the spot here. I recommend the Chocolate Banana Brain Freeze served with vanilla ice cream, banana extract, chocolate covered banana, whipped cream and topped with a cherry for $12. I must add the cup is yours to keep as a souvenir.

If we go straight forward, we will see the dining room. There you will find a large menu with options for everybody like classic steak, seafood and pasta entrees, gourmet burgers, sandwiches, incredible salads and all-day brunch for an affordable amount.

Upstairs you will find their bar loaded with incredible drinks. There are the standard bar drinks, but you can also find curious concoctions like the Wicked Cherry (Mount Gary Black Barrel rum, cherry Heering liqueur, creme de framboise, chocolate bitters), Chocolate Cherry Mule (Double chocolate vodka, brandied cherry, ginger beer, chocolate bitters), and the High Fashion (Old Forester 86, brandied cherry, chocolate bitters). I must add the beautiful view of City Walk from there.
Bar on 2nd level
Toothsome is truly a must go! It is not a simple restaurant, but also a place where you can enjoy a fun themed environment, get exclusive treats in their confectionery and meet and greet with some special characters. A perfect blend of sweet chocolate and pure imagination!
